• Make sure you have a secure internet connection and are accessing the site using SSL encryption.
• If you wish to remain anonymous, be careful not to provide any personally identifiable information.
• Your information will be processed via this portal in accordance with the law and cannot be manipulated.
• The HinSchG does not provide for an obligation to also accept anonymous tips.
• After sending a tip via this whistleblower portal, you will receive a secure and legally compliant digital confirmation of the content and sending of the notice.
